The story topic I feel most motivated to write about is a personality profile. The reason I feel drawn towards this is because the thought that each of us has our own story to tell about our lives really interests me. Think about it, absolutely none of us have had the same walk through life. Each of us were given different opportunities, each of us have a different outlook, and each of us have had different experiences that shape who we are today. For example, I went to my first funeral at a very young age, and in high school I came across someone my senior year who had never been to one because we never experienced what it was like to lose someone. “Faces of New York” is a project done by taking a picture of a citizen from New York City and then proceeding to tell what that person has been through in their life. That is how I want to conduct my service journalism project.
